Owner

Danny Ruiz, the owner and head instructor at Capitao Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, holds black belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. He also holds a 2nd Black belt in Dantoryu JuJitsu. Danny believes that self-defense is Jiu-Jitsu's primary function, however, competition can aid in an individuals technical development in the martial art.
