Here at Capitao we have over 5 decades of MMA Experience. Capitao Jiu-Jitsu & MMA offers a complete range of mixed martial arts taught by fully-certified instructors.

Capitao Jiu-Jitsu & MMA training is located in Fort Walton Beach FL and offers additional classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, wrestling and Kuk Sool Won.

  • You do not need experience in martial arts or fitness to start training with us. We pride ourselves on the fact that beginners join our team every day!

  • Flexibility and coordination are not required to start, but will both improve with dedication to your training.

  • You do not need to become a fighter to join our team. Here at Capitao we will do our best to help you achieve your MMA goals.

  • If you stay consistent with our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes you can lose weight and get in great shape. This is a more fun way to exercise than just going to the gym.

  • There is no age limit for training with us! We’d love to have you training with us at any age.
